According to him, negotiations on the transfer of Polish MiG-29s to Ukraine have resumed, and the prospects for reaching agreements have increased. At the same time, the Polish minister emphasized that cooperation should be built on the principle of reciprocity. Warsaw expects to gain access to Ukrainian drone production technologies, which Ukraine is actively developing in wartime conditions.

"If Ukraine considers the modernization of these aircraft necessary, we are ready to provide assistance. However, the costs must be borne by the Ukrainian state or allied countries that agree to finance these works," said Kosiniak-Kamysz.

Poland has already transferred several MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine and, according to the publication, is considering the possibility of supplying several more aircraft that are gradually being decommissioned.
