President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reacting to the night attack by the Russian Federation, stated that Ukraine expects partners to fulfill promises regarding support packages agreed upon during the NATO meeting. We need to move as quickly as possible on agreements regarding licenses for Patriot and the joint European anti-ballistic missile project. Zelenskyy wrote about this on Telegram, reports UNN.

Eleven people were injured in Kyiv during the night Russian attack, including a child. Even before the air raid alert was announced, there were strikes on civilian infrastructure. Emergency services are working on the ground: residential buildings, offices, and a theological seminary were damaged in the capital. The aftermath of the shelling is also being liquidated in Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions
He added that Russia used over 120 drones and 12 missiles during this night, half of which were ballistic.
Our defenders managed to shoot down most of the targets, but not the ballistic ones.
