From July 15 in Kyiv, the cost of a single trip on public transport will be 30 hryvnias. A discount system will be in place for regular passengers, and an unlimited monthly pass will cost 3,656 hryvnias.

In Kyiv, from July 15, the cost of travel on public transport will change. A single trip will cost 30 hryvnias. This is reported by UNN with reference to Kyiv City State Administration.
Details
From now on, a discount system will be in effect for passengers who regularly use public transport:
- 1-9 trips - 30 hryvnias per trip;
- 10-19 trips - 28.90 hryvnias;
- 20-29 - 27.80 hryvnias;
- 30-39 - 26.60 hryvnias;
- 40-49 - 25.50 hryvnias;
- 50 trips - 25 hryvnias.
After public discussion, the cost of the unlimited monthly pass was reduced by 25% from the initially proposed amount. It will cost 3,656 hryvnias.
In addition, approximately from August 1, a transfer ticket costing 60 hryvnias will become available, which will allow unlimited transfers between all types of public transport within 90 minutes.
At the same time, trips purchased on a transport card before July 14 will remain valid until September 14, 2026. After that, unused trips will not expire - their cost will be converted into monetary equivalent and credited to the balance of the transport card.
Reminder
From July 13 to August 21, the Kyiv funicular will not operate due to scheduled maintenance.
