Exchange rates for May 14: Euro depreciates significantly

The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at 43.97 UAH per dollar, while the euro fell to 51.50 UAH. In banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 43.72-44.19 UAH.

As of Thursday, May 13, the National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate at 43.97 hryvnia per dollar. The official rate on Wednesday was also 43.97 hryvnia per dollar. The official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro will be 51.50. This is reported by UNN with reference to NBU data.

The official dollar exchange rate is: 43.9694 UAH (0 kopecks) per dollar. The NBU also set the official euro to hryvnia exchange rate at: 51.5014 UAH (-14 kopecks) per 1 euro. The official zloty exchange rate is: 12.1155 UAH (-4 kopecks) per 1 zloty.
According to data on specialized websites, as of 08:00 on Thursday:
- in banks, the dollar is trading at a rate of 43.72-44.19 UAH, the euro at 51.40-51.95 UAH, and the zloty at 11.80-12.40 UAH;
- on the interbank market, rates are 43.95-43.98 UAH/USD and 51.48-51.50 UAH/EUR.
Reminder
According to NBU data, Ukraine's international reserves at the beginning of May amounted to 48.2 billion USD, decreasing by 7.3% over the month as inflows from foreign currency domestic government bonds and international partners did not cover currency sales and public debt payments.
