Enemy attack on Sumy region: one person killed, 13 wounded

As a result of the night shelling of Sumy region, a man was killed, 13 people were wounded, including a child. Residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.

One person was killed and thirteen others were injured as a result of enemy attacks on Sumy region on the night of Sunday, June 21. This is reported by UNN with reference to the message of the National Police.

It is noted that currently police officers of Sumy region are documenting the consequences of enemy shelling on the territory of the region.
Using aerial bombs and strike UAVs, enemy troops attacked the Sumy community. As a result of the air attacks, a man was killed, women aged 48, 54, 59, 61, 62, 75 and a three-year-old child were injured. Four apartment buildings and 45 private residential houses, an educational institution, 10 cars, administrative and commercial buildings were damaged.
In particular, it is noted that:
- in the Trostianets community, as a result of a strike drone hitting a car, women aged 64 and 36 were injured;
- in the Znob-Novhorodske community, as a result of a UAV hitting a car, a 35-year-old man was injured;
- in the Velyka Pysarivka community, as a result of an explosive device dropped from a drone, a 61-year-old man was injured;
- in the Berezivka community, due to an enemy drone strike, men aged 35 and 42 were injured;
- in the Seredyna-Buda community, as a result of an enemy drone strike, a 79-year-old man was injured.

The day before, Russian troops struck the outskirts of Sumy with guided aerial bombs. One civilian was killed, at least 20 private houses were damaged.
