Today, preventive measures were chosen for three more participants of the riots in the Sykhiv district of Lviv - detention without the right to bail. It concerns two men aged 21 and 28, who organized and incited those present to commit illegal actions on the night of July 9 in Sykhiv
It is noted that they personally took an active part in damaging the official SUV of the servicemen of the Sykhiv District Territorial Recruitment Center and Social Support - they blocked its movement, jumped on the car, and later overturned it. Meanwhile, a 45-year-old resident of Lviv provoked a conflict with a TCC serviceman, also tugged at him and tried to tear off his military uniform, verbally insulting him.
All three were detained by law enforcement officers in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the detainees were notified of suspicion of obstructing the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations (Part 1 of Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Investigative actions are ongoing. Other persons involved in the commission of illegal actions are being identified
