Zelenskyy said that this decision, which Ukraine considers an "opportunity" rather than a direct agreement, was an initiative proposed by the United States and personally by US President Donald Trump.
Zelenskyy, the publication writes, stated that if Moscow stops striking Ukraine's energy infrastructure, Kyiv will refrain from striking Russia's energy facilities in response.
