President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored Ukrainian and foreign media workers with state awards on the occasion of Journalist's Day, which is celebrated today, June 6. This is stated in decree of the President No. 482/2026, UNN reports.

According to the decree, the President presented journalists with state awards "for significant personal contribution to the development of domestic journalism and the information sphere, high professional skill and dedication shown during the coverage of the events of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into the territory of Ukraine, and many years of conscientious work."
The Order of Merit, III degree, was awarded to:
- Viktoriia Bobrova (posthumously) - producer, lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- Nataliia Humeniuk - journalist, executive director of the NGO "Public Interest Journalism Lab";
- Natalia Husak - correspondent of the editorial department of the SE "Multimedia Platform of Foreign Broadcasting of Ukraine";
- Kostiantyn Doroshenko - columnist, correspondent for the agency "Radio France International in Ukrainian";
- Zarina Zabrisky - American journalist, war correspondent for "Byline Times" and "Euromaidan Press";
- Ihor Kazanzhy - cameraman of the regional editorial department of "My-Ukraina";
- Andrii Kravchenko - photographer for the international news agency "Bloomberg News" in Ukraine;
- Ibrahim Naber - war correspondent, chief correspondent for the publication "Welt";
- Oleksandr Nazarenko - cameraman of the department of the "SLM News" division;
- Robert Opalenko - editor of the editorial group of the 1+1 department;
- Pavlo Pavlov - cameraman for Channel 24;
- Andrii Pochtieiev - correspondent of the non-separate structural unit of the Zaporizhzhia region "SLM News";
- Caolan Patrick Robertson - Irish journalist, documentary filmmaker, video reporter;
- Liubov Rudia - director-editor of the "Editorial Office of the District Newspaper 'Silski Novyny'", Kherson region;
- Stephane Siohan - French journalist, correspondent for the International Agency "Liberation" in Kyiv;
- Yehor Terletskyi - junior operator of the "United24" department of the SE "Diia";
- Sergiy Tomilenko - Chairman of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine;
- Oleksandr Khymych - journalist and political observer for the "RBC-Ukraine" news agency.
The Order of Princess Olga, II degree, was awarded to 1+1 correspondent Yuliia Kyriienko-Merinova.
The Order of Princess Olga, III degree, was awarded to:
- Ella Bilostotska - editor-in-chief of 1+1;
- Olena Blizniakova - leading specialist of the "United24" department of the SE "Diia";
- Viktoriia Butenko - senior producer for "CNN International (USA)";
- Kseniia Vasylenko (Sonya Koshkina) - editor-in-chief of the online media outlet "LB.UA";
- Olha Dunska - correspondent of the regional editorial department of "My-Ukraina";
- Nelli Kovalska - correspondent for 1+1;
- Daryna Krasnolutska - Bureau Chief of the international news agency "Bloomberg News" in Ukraine;
- Kateryna Lisunova - media advisor to the American non-governmental organization "Razom for Ukraine";
- Hanna Mamonova - special correspondent for the publication "Babel", documenter of war crimes for the NGO "Public Interest Journalism Lab";
- Karyna Piliuhina - producer of the military direction "Ukraїner W", photographer and project author;
- Valeriia Proshchenko - correspondent for the "Interfax-Ukraine" department;
- Elvina Seitbulaieva - correspondent of the Kyiv editorial department of "My-Ukraina";
- Sofiia Troshchuk - journalist, host for Channel 24;
- Gulsum Khalilova - journalist, TV presenter, special correspondent for the first Crimean Tatar TV channel "ATR".
In addition, the title of Honored Journalist of Ukraine was conferred upon:
- Oleh Borysov - head of the department of the "Multimedia Platform of Foreign Broadcasting of Ukraine";
- Nataliia Bratushka - director of the "Vidikon TV and Radio Company", Sumy;
- Ihor Darmostruk - editor-in-chief of the online publication "KyivVlada";
- Serhii Cherevatyi - Director General of "Ukrinform".
