President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed deep strikes and mid strikes, including on three logistics centers in Sarapul, Kazan and Volgograd in the russian federation at distances from about 500 to almost 1300 kilometers, on a sea terminal in the Krasnodar region, an oil refinery in the Volgograd region, and in the waters of the Sea of Azov, UNN reports.
We continue to use our deep strikes and mid strikes against objects of russian infrastructure that work for russian aggression. Our strikes within the framework of the long-range sanctions plan are always about fair responses so that the russian war machine loses its resources. In particular, today there was relevant work on three logistics centers in different regions of the RF: in Sarapul, Kazan and Volgograd at distances from about 500 to almost 1300 kilometers
The President added:
In the Krasnodar region, a sea terminal was hit. The distance to the object from the front line is about 270 kilometers. Also, at a distance of almost 480 kilometers from the line of combat contact, an oil refinery in the Volgograd region was hit. There were hits in the waters of the Sea of Azov
"We are protecting our people and will continue to act as needed to achieve peace. I thank all our warriors who ensure such precise and important results for Ukraine," Zelenskyy noted.
As UNN reported, FP-1 drones, manufactured by the Ukrainian company Fire Point, hit the Wildberries logistics hub and the Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka oil refinery in russian volgograd.
The Volgograd oil refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises of the rf with a capacity of about 15 million tons of oil per year. This plant produces gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel and other petroleum products and plays an important role in the fuel supply of the southern regions of russia.
The hit Wildberries logistics hub is one of the large centers for storage, sorting and distribution of goods with an area of 44,000 m².
"Such complexes ensure the continuous operation of one of the largest marketplaces of the rf, through which, in particular, goods of military and dual-use were sold," Fire Point noted.
