The head of state said that he had already discussed the meeting with the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov.
"He reported to me about the meeting, about the progress of the negotiations. Our team is working absolutely constructively, the conversation is quite useful. The work of the delegations continues," the head of state said.
