Denys Shtilerman stated that he is not involved in the dismissal of Mykhailo Fedorov from the post of Minister of Defense.

Co-founder and chief designer of Fire Point, Denys Shtilerman, in an interview reacted quite figuratively to reproaches about his alleged involvement in the dismissal of Mykhailo Fedorov from the post of Minister of Defense, adding that there were no conflicts between him and Fedorov, reports UNN.

"As our proverb says: 'Who messed up? — The daughter-in-law!'" - said Shtilerman in an interview with Dmytro Gordon, adding that soon he will be blamed for everything happening in this world, including meteorites.

Shtilerman noted that he had a working relationship with Fedorov. They met after Fedorov assumed the position of minister.

"We talked very thoroughly about various engineering topics, and about how to keep track of efficiency. He is an extremely effective, extremely talented manager, minister. Because all ministers are managers. A very talented young person and very ambitious. That's very cool. Great job," - stated the chief designer of Fire Point.

Shtilerman also noted that Fedorov's team included professionals with whom it was pleasant to work. At the same time, Shtilerman did not give a direct assessment of the decision to dismiss Fedorov from the post of minister, as he does not have all the information on this matter. However, he noted that one should rely on previous experience – Ukrainians, each time falling into despair – "falling into the 'death pit'" – then become even stronger.

"Always, from every 'death pit,' our country emerges more and more authoritative on the international stage. And we gain more and more authority and become not only recipients but also donors of security. And us, considering the amount of money that the European Union is currently investing in us… It is clear that the people making decisions in Europe have stopped considering the question of Ukraine's capitulation, and they have literally staked everything they have, all their political reputation, on the victory and preservation of Ukraine as a country," – summarized Shtilerman.

The chief designer of Fire Point also noted that he could take all accusations against him with humor, but they hinder the company's cooperation with foreign partners.

"This could be taken with humor, if not for one 'but.' Unfortunately, for reasons unknown to me, Ukrainska Pravda is on the list of authoritative publications. And as soon as any similar publication appears in Ukrainska Pravda, the embassy automatically puts relations with the organization about which some compromising information was written on 'hold.' And this 'hold' is at least a month, while compliance takes place. For example, after the previous publication by Tkach (journalist Mykhailo Tkach - ed.),  our contract with our Danish plant was suspended, which has still not been signed. I fear that after this latest publication, this will also drag on," - noted Shtilerman.

His main concern is that such leaks could negatively affect the timeline of the largest defense project in the history of Europe, initiated by Ukraine. It concerns the launch of the FREYJA anti-ballistic shield, based on the FP-7.x interceptor missile, manufactured by Fire Point.

"I cannot find any justification for such malicious actions," - stated Shtilerman.
