Ukraine has managed to rescue two more Ukrainian teenagers from occupation and from the territory of the Russian Federation. This was announced by the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, reports UNN.
One of them is a 17-year-old girl who was forcibly taken to Russia before the full-scale invasion, where she suffered systematic violence because of her Ukrainian origin. She repeatedly tried to return to Ukraine on her own, but all attempts failed. The other rescued person is an 18-year-old boy who lived under the constant threat of mobilization into the occupier's army and persecution by the Russian military
According to him, now both teenagers are finally safe, in the territory of Ukraine controlled by the government, where they are undergoing rehabilitation and preparing to enter a Ukrainian university.
