On the night of August 5, border patrol from the Tyachiv department of the Mukachevo Border Guard Detachment exposed a group of men who were trying to cross the Tisa River to illegally leave Ukraine. This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, UNN reports.

It is noted that the six men were detained 200 meters from the border. Trying to avoid responsibility for the offense, as well as a meeting with the state border guards, the men tried to escape.

Reports on administrative offenses were drawn up against the detainees under Art. 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses "Illegal crossing or attempt to illegally cross the state border of Ukraine" and Art. 185-10 "Malicious disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a serviceman or employee of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine or a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border." As it turned out, the male border guards deliberately agreed to the dealers' proposal to cross the border in this way. Some of the offenders managed to give the smugglers almost $3,500 each.
The circle of people involved in the organization of the trafficking of men is currently being established.
