Traffic on the Kyiv-Chop highway will be gradually restricted until August due to repairs, the Agency for Restoration announced on Tuesday, UNN writes.
Traffic restrictions are being introduced on the Kyiv-Chop highway. From April 8, there will be a phased closure of traffic lanes on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway in the directions of Kyiv and Zhytomyr on the section km 51+700 – km 52+700 in Kalynivka, Kyiv region.
These changes, as reported, are related to repair work on the overpass in the Kyiv region (km 54+863, road T-10-19 Fenevychi – Borodianka – Makariv – Byshiv).
"The restrictions are expected to last until early August 2026," the report says.
The works, as noted, will be carried out according to the approved traffic management schemes.
Drivers were urged to be attentive and strictly adhere to the requirements of new road signs and information boards.
