Russian propaganda tried to pass off a defeated sabotage group as a successful border breakthrough in Sumy region. According to the SSO, "breakthrough across the border in Sumy region and capture of a border village." In fact, there was an attempt by a hostile subversive group to cross the Ukrainian border, which was stopped by Ukrainian troops on December 10.
Thanks to the coordinated work of the SAS operators, a group of enemy saboteurs was quickly detected and their route was tracked. Subsequently, the SAS operators eliminated some of the saboteurs with accurate drone strikes and ambush
It is noted that the surviving enemy soldiers were forced to flee to the Russian side of the border. But the SSO operators caught up with them and eliminated them.
