The High Council of Justice has suspended three Supreme Court judges from administering justice, who are suspects in a corruption case involving the Supreme Court. This was reported by the SAPO, according to UNN.

It is noted that on May 29, 2026, the HCJ granted the motion of the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
The High Council of Justice suspended the judges from administering justice until July 19, 2026
The SAPO recalled that this pertains to criminal proceedings regarding corruption in the Supreme Court.
At the same time, the prosecutor's office emphasized that, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, persons are presumed innocent until their guilt is proven by a court verdict that has entered into legal force.
