On April 17, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed or critically damaged 4 S-400 air defense systems, 3 radar stations, an air defense control center and a "Fundament-M" during an attack on a military airfield in Dzhankoy in the temporarily occupied Crimea. On April 17, 2024, as a result of a successful operation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military airfield of Dzhankoy in the temporarily occupied Crimea was destroyed or critically damaged:
- 4 launchers of the S-400 air defense system;
- 3 radar stations;
- air defense control point;
- "Fundament-M" airspace surveillance equipment.
As noted by the DIU, the number of enemy aircraft destroyed or damaged and the number of casualties among the personnel of the Russian occupation army is being clarified.
