The EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs noted that the European Union is working on a new package of sanctions against Russia, as well as on unblocking funds from the European Peace Fund. From it, member countries are reimbursed for the cost of weapons transferred to Ukraine, and more than six and a half billion euros remain unavailable due to the Hungarian veto.
The top diplomat also said that the conflict is becoming more global against the background of the involvement of soldiers from North Korea and the strengthening of Russian hybrid attacks on NATO countries, and only by remaining united, the allies will be able to resist this, according to Callas.
