Russian propaganda is once again lying about the "atrocities of the Kyiv regime," spreading manipulations about the alleged "forcible removal of children" by Ukrainian military personnel. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
Details
The occupiers are actively disseminating a statement by the collaborator from Luhansk region, Rodion Miroshnik, who is currently working in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It states that Ukrainian military personnel allegedly "force out" the population from frontline territories, and also "kill and maim unreliable civilians."
The Center for Countering Disinformation noted that such statements are typical of Russian propaganda and are a mixture of speculation, substitution of concepts, and outright lies.
Russia constantly tries to present the evacuation of children from the combat zone, which is a forced necessity, as "criminal resettlement of people." Such statements are often supplemented by outright lies about "atrocities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians"
They added: the purpose of spreading such narratives is to discredit Ukraine and its Armed Forces, justify the continuation of the war, and distract attention from the numerous proven war crimes of the Russian occupiers.
Recall
Earlier, UNN reported that Russian propaganda intensified its campaign to spread disinformation about an alleged "split" in NATO and the curtailment of Western support for Ukraine.
