As a result of the shelling of Ukrenergo, special schedules of power outages have been introduced in Kharkiv. Soon, the emergency outage schedules will be posted on the company's website.
According to him, as a result of the strike on the heating facilities, a large part of Kharkiv is without heating. So far, four people have been injured. Also in the morning, several “shaheds” attacked Kharkiv, damaging private residential buildings.
However, according to Terekhov, they managed to ensure the normal operation of the city's electric transport. All relevant utilities will work to keep the heat on and restart the heating system.
