Light precipitation is expected almost throughout the territory, except for the western and southeastern regions, where there will be no rain.
At night and in the morning, fog will form in places in the northeastern and most central regions.
The wind will be predominantly northern, with a speed of 5-10 m/s. The air temperature at night will be 3-8° Celsius, rising to 11-16° during the day, and up to 19° in the southeast.
Kyiv and region
In Kyiv and the region, variable cloudiness is also expected. At night, light rains will occur in places in the region, and everywhere during the day.
The temperature in the region at night will be 3-8° Celsius, and 11-16° during the day. In the capital, 4-6° Celsius is forecast at night, and 12-14° during the day.
Frost warning
Forecasters warn of dangerous meteorological phenomena in the coming days.
On the night of April 19, ground frosts of 0-3° are expected in the northern regions - danger level I (yellow) has been declared.
On April 20, frosts are forecast in the northern, eastern, and most central regions (except Vinnytsia). In Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Poltava regions, air frosts are also possible - danger level II (orange).
Such weather conditions can harm early-flowering fruit trees.
