The Russian "administration" uses children to pressure parents into collecting food. The ATESH movement reported similar cases in the Kherson region.

In temporarily occupied Henichesk, the Russian "administration" is forcing schools to collect food and supplies for the needs of the Russian army, using children as a tool to pressure parents. This was reported by the ATESH partisan movement, UNN writes.

Details

According to the movement, the demands are conveyed to families through schoolchildren. In case of refusal to fulfill the established "norm," families may face problems in the educational process.

The occupiers deliberately use schools as a mechanism of pressure on adults – where it is most difficult to refuse. When there are not enough resources, they are extorted from the civilian population by the hands of children.

– ATESH noted.

Similar cases are recorded throughout Kherson region

The movement claims that such practices are used not only in Henichesk but also in other settlements of the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

The collected information has already been handed over to the Defense Forces of Ukraine and human rights organizations that are documenting possible war crimes.
