MHP and the MHP-Hromada Charitable Foundation supported The Will to Win project and the Volia Space Ukrainian House at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, initiated by the Office of the President of Ukraine together with the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. The Ukrainian House in Paris aims to show the world the Ukrainian will to win, which Ukrainians demonstrate even in the face of a full-scale Russian war.

The Ukrainian House was opened at the Olympic Games for the first time. Volia Space has become the media and cultural center of Ukraine during the Olympics and a venue for events with Ukrainian athletes, artists, and officials. Every day, it hosts screenings of documentaries about the war in Ukraine, as well as digital cultural projects and meetings with Ukrainian national team athletes.

The Ukrainian House is open to guests from all over the world and is ready to present not only the culture and achievements of our country, its sports achievements, and introduce famous Ukrainians, but also to show the realities of life of every Ukrainian during the full-scale invasion of Russia

 - said the head of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Matviy Bidnyi

One of the projects presented at Ukraine House with the support of the MHP-Hromada Foundation was the multimedia project The Will to Win. It is being implemented at the initiative of the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the National Olympic Committee, the Watch Ukrainian Association, with the support of the Ukrainian World Congress, the Ukrainian-American Coordination Council, and other organizations.

The Will to Win includes a photo exhibition and a series of 6 short documentaries about the resilience of Ukrainian athletes who, despite the dramatic challenges of war, personal losses and suffering, demonstrate to the world the will to win. In particular, the project includes the stories of Viktoriia Onopriienko, a Ukrainian gymnast and finalist at the Tokyo Olympics; Jean Beleniuk, a Greco-Roman wrestler and Olympic silver medalist; Oleksandra Pascal, an 8-year-old gymnast who lost her leg during the 2022 Russian attack on Odesa region, and others. The project aims to emphasize the unbreakable will of Ukrainians to win, which reflects the slogan of Ukraine's participation in this year's Olympic Games.

This partnership has created a powerful platform to represent Ukraine on the international stage during the Olympic Games. It allows us to show the world not only the achievements of our athletes, but also the realities that Ukrainians face during the war, which is a powerful symbol of the resilience of the entire nation. It sent a clear signal to the world: despite the fact that Ukraine is going through a difficult time, we can both defend our borders and win medals, because this is our identity and resilience

- said Pavlo Moroz, Director of MHP's Corporate Social Responsibility Department
