Participants in today's meeting "unanimously agreed" that "now is not the time to lift sanctions in any way," Macron said.
"There can be no lifting of sanctions until peace is established," he added.
He also noted that the "coalition of the willing" aims to "maintain economic pressure on the [Russian] shadow fleet and on some industrial facilities, and we will remain mobilized on this issue."
