Both eliminated militants were involved in the August 11 terrorist attack in the Jordan Valley that killed Israeli Yonatan Deutsch.
According to the Times of Israel, Hamas confirmed that two members of the group were killed in the strike.
In a statement, Hamas said Raafat Dawasi was the commander of the local wing of the terrorist group in Jenin, and Ahmed Abu Ara was a senior operative.
Earlier it was reported that Israel and militants of the Lebanese group Hezbollah exchanged air strikes, which led to the death of the commander of an elite Hezbollah unit and the injury of two Israeli soldiers.
