In particular, it became known that the Institute of Agriculture of the Northeast of the National Academy of Sciences sued the state-owned enterprise "Agrofirma Nadiya", which is subordinated to it. The reason for going to court was that the Institute demanded to recover more than UAH 620 thousand in debt from the state-owned enterprise.
In addition, as it became known, the said state-owned enterprise owes more than UAH 2.2 million to the budget.
The state-owned enterprise Nadiia is known for trying to take away land from more than a thousand ATO soldiers with the assistance of the NABU. The latter privatized land in Sumy region, but Nadiia believes that the land belonged to them. Although they cannot provide the relevant documents yet.
The confrontation between the NABU, the SAPO and the ATO is taking place within the framework of criminal proceedings involving former Minister Mykola Solsky. Prior to his civil service positions, he worked as a lawyer and, in particular, helped to ensure that ATO soldiers received land plots.
