The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense intercepted conversations of Russian servicemen regarding losses resulting from mass alcohol poisoning in a unit of the 166th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Russian Federation in the Orikhiv direction of the Zaporizhzhia region. As one occupier told another, at least 8-10 Russian soldiers died. According to him, the bodies were not evacuated for at least five to six days. He also describes that the deceased were "covered with sleeping bags" and left at the positions.
