In addition, according to the Kremlin spokesman, the meeting may raise the issue of a meeting between Putin and Trump.

US President's special envoy Steve Vitkoff arrived in Russia on Friday, April 11. He met with Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
Prior to that, Russian envoy Kirill Dmitriev accused Ukraine of allegedly violating the "energy truce." He called for the lifting of sanctions on Russia to extend negotiations.
