UN Secretary-General António Guterres rejected the Russian dictator's call to establish a "temporary administration" in Ukraine. He emphasized that there is a legitimate government in Kyiv, UNN reports.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin proposed introducing "temporary administration under UN auspices" in Ukraine to hold elections in the country. The White House stated that the government in Ukraine is determined by its Constitution and people.
