In frontline villages and cities of Kharkiv region, soldiers take care of four-legged animals and give them shelter. This was noted in the Ministry of internal affairs and published a photo of a real "cat unit", reports UNN.
A fighter with the call sign Palych says that they have 5 cats and 2 cats, two more come to eat.
"Every time I go home, I take someone. My wife says if I bring another one, she won't let me go home. It usually lets you in," Palych shares with a smile.

The" Special Unit of Timur " of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine evacuated 15 cats from the island of Zmeiny to the mainland. The animals were transferred to the Sirius shelter, where they can be picked up by new owners after adaptation.
