Georgian President files a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court over the law on foreign agents

Today, Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili is filing a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court regarding the law on foreign agents (On Transparency of Foreign Influence), UNN reports with reference to Novosti Georgia.

"This law is unconstitutional, it contradicts Article 78 of the Constitution of Georgia. The lawsuit also challenges a number of provisions of the law that violate fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
