The General Staff confirmed the strike on the Shagol airfield in the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation. Su-57 and Su-34 aircraft were hit — at a distance of 1,700 kilometers from the border of Ukraine.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strikes on Russian Su-57 and Su-34 aircraft, UNN reports. 

The results of measures to reduce the enemy's capability to launch strikes on civilian targets in Ukraine have been confirmed. Thus, on April 25, 2026, at the Shagol airfield in the Chelyabinsk region of the Russian Federation, soldiers of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the AFU struck several Su-57 fighters and a Su-34 fighter-bomber,

The extent of the damage is being clarified.

"The targets were located at a distance of about 1700 km from the state border of Ukraine!" - the General Staff stated.
