The Minister of National Unity of Ukraine, Oleksiy Chernyshov, and the Minister of Internal Affairs of France, François-Noël Buffet, signed a declaration on the creation of the Unity Center of Ukraine in France. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of National Unity.

According to the department, the Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine — Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov, together with the Minister under the State Minister, Minister of Internal Affairs of France François-Noël Buffet, took part in an intergovernmental meeting dedicated to the reception and integration of temporarily displaced Ukrainians.
During the meeting, the ministers confirmed their common desire to create a Ukrainian Unity Hub in France. They sealed their intention by signing a Joint Declaration.
In addition, the officials discussed key aspects:
• the future of temporary protection and the prospects for Ukrainians to return home;
• mechanisms to support Ukrainians in France. In particular, it concerned access to medicine and education, as well as simplifying the procedure for recognizing Ukrainian driver's licenses;
• employment and social adaptation opportunities.
Chernyshov thanked his colleagues for their frank dialogue and solidarity with Ukraine.
France has sheltered tens of thousands of our citizens, and we highly appreciate this assistance. We hope that it will continue until the end of the war
He also added that in the future, the arrival of French companies in Ukraine to participate in the reconstruction of our state could become an important incentive for the return of Ukrainians who have received education and valuable professional experience in France.
