Today at 15:27, a report was received regarding a forest litter fire in the Kilytsia tract near the village of Volovets, Mukachevo district.
To extinguish the fire, 44 rescuers and 13 units of equipment from the 2nd and 3rd state fire and rescue detachments of the Zakarpattia State Emergency Service have been deployed. UAVs are being used for more effective coordination of actions and aerial monitoring of the situation.
Sixteen specialists from the Volovets forestry enterprise are also working at the scene. Two forestry fire modules are involved in the firefighting efforts.
The estimated area of the fire is approximately 15 hectares.
