The case against the founder of a former private Christian rehabilitation center in Vinnytsia, who committed sexual violence against female wards for years, has been sent to court. As reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, law enforcement officers identified 10 victims during the investigation, UNN reports.

Under the procedural guidance of the Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office, the pre-trial investigation has been completed, and the indictment against the founder of the former private Christian rehabilitation center in Vinnytsia has been sent to court.
He is charged with sexual violence against children and the corruption of minors (Part 4 of Art. 153, Parts 1 and 2 of Art. 156 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The investigation established that during the 15 years of the institution's existence (from 2006 to 2020), the man regularly committed sexual violence against the female wards.
He would stay alone with the girls in offices, living quarters, or during outdoor recreation and commit crimes against them, intimidating them with punishment to ensure their silence.
During the investigation, law enforcement identified 10 victims. A series of investigative and procedural actions were conducted with them to form a proper evidentiary base. Currently, the case materials have been submitted to the court for consideration on the merits.
The accused is in custody.
