"I think if you look at what we've been talking about - we all obviously have a ceasefire in the energy infrastructure. We have a ceasefire agreement in the Black Sea trade sector, which I think is almost reached. And once we achieve that, we will work on the next stage of the ceasefire," Vance said.

The US reported that Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea, the US said on Tuesday. The Kremlin confirmed the agreement, but said it was conditional on the lifting of sanctions from banks and companies involved in the export of agricultural products.
The White House is seeking to reach a truce agreement between Russia and Ukraine before Easter, April 20, but the US acknowledges that these deadlines may be missed, given the large differences between the positions of the two parties.
