Details
The National Bank has revoked the banking license of Bank "Portal", which was also removed from the State Register of Banks.
JSC "Bank "Portal" is the tenth bank to cease banking operations on its own initiative.
On September 16, 2024, the sole shareholder of JSC "BANK "PORTAL" decided to terminate the banking activity of this bank without termination of the legal entity, and on February 20, 2025, JSC "BANK "PORTAL" completed the banking activity.

Earlier, the National Bank, within the framework of this procedure, had already revoked banking licenses from PJSC "VERNUM BANK", PJSC "BM Bank", PJSC "DiVi Bank", PJSC "CB "Financial Partner", PJSC "Apex-Bank", PJSC "Industrial and Financial Bank", PJSC "Credit Optima Bank", PJSC "Clearing Center" and JSC "ALPARI BANK".

The procedure for terminating banking activities without terminating a legal entity is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Simplification of Bank Reorganization and Capitalization Procedures".
The bank agrees on a relevant plan with the National Bank and fully fulfills its obligations.
