In the village of Shchapovo, part of Moscow's Troitsky Administrative Okrug, an assassination attempt was made on the former "Minister of State Security of the DPR," Andrey Pinchuk. This was reported by UNN with reference to Russian "media."

It is claimed that an explosion occurred at his home in the village of Shchapovo. He hid behind an armored door and survived. His family was in another building at the time.

Until 2012, Pinchuk served in the "MGB" of unrecognized Transnistria, then moved to Moscow. He participated in the annexation of Crimea. In 2014, he became the first head of the "Ministry of State Security of the DPR." He held this position for a year before returning to Moscow. He participated in the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
