On the night of July 24, a massive power outage occurred in Tbilisi and several other cities in Georgia, affecting almost the entire country. This is reported by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty Georgia, writes UNN.

According to the publication, electricity was simultaneously cut off in almost all districts of the capital, as well as in many other regions of the country.
As of the time of publication, the State Electric System of Georgia, as well as the energy companies Telasi and Energo-Pro, have not provided official explanations regarding the causes of the massive blackout.
