Three deputies of local councils in Khmelnytskyi Oblast are suspected of declaring inaccurate information. This concerns property and funds totaling over 25 million hryvnias, the National Police reported on Tuesday, writes UNN.

The National Police reported suspicions against three deputies of the Kamianets-Podilskyi, Slavuta, and Shepetivka city councils. According to the investigation, officials did not reflect property, assets, and funds totaling over UAH 25 million in their declarations for various years:
- a deputy of the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council, according to the police, did not indicate assets worth UAH 5.6 million and UAH 3.5 million in his declarations for 2021 and 2022. Among the undeclared assets was an ultralight aircraft;
- a deputy of the Slavuta City Council, in the 2023 document, according to the police, did not specify non-residential premises and UAH 2 million in financial assistance. The amount of hidden assets is estimated at almost UAH 7 million;
- a deputy of the Shepetivka City Council, according to the police, did not indicate cash, funds in bank accounts, and corporate rights in her declarations for 2022 and 2023 — totaling over UAH 9.2 million, including UAH 3.8 million in cash.
After collecting evidence, police investigators notified all three of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — declaring inaccurate information. The procedural guidance is provided by the Khmelnytskyi Regional Prosecutor's Office.
