Twenty-nine countries have allocated $6.7 billion for the purchase of American weapons for Ukraine through PURL. Over the course of a year, 26 NATO member states and three partner countries have joined the initiative.  This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, UNN reports.

The Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) is an international cooperation mechanism through which partner countries allocate funds for the purchase of weapons needed by Ukraine from the United States. Over the course of a year, 26 NATO member states and 3 partner countries have joined the initiative. It is through PURL that Ukraine receives about 95% of the interceptor missiles for Patriot systems that protect cities from Russian ballistic missiles.
