It is noted that the day before, the enemy launched one missile strike using 23 missiles at the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, as well as 90 air strikes, in particular, dropped 158 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it carried out more than 5,600 shellings, 149 of them from reactive volley fire systems, and used 2,112 kamikaze drones to destroy.
The aggressor launched air strikes, in particular, on the areas of the settlements of Krasnopillya, Turya, Sumy region; Berezivka, Kozacha Lopan, Zolochiv, Dvorychanske, Kharkiv region; Berestok, Pokrovsk, Zorya, Hrodivka, Kotlyne, Novopavlivka, Odradne, Komar, Myrne, Donetsk region; Gulyaipole, Novopavlivka, Orikhiv, Novoandriivka, Zaporizhzhia region.
Situation by directions
Yesterday, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit eight areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment of the enemy.
Yesterday, two combat clashes took place in the Kharkiv direction in the area of Vovchansk and in the direction of Kamyanka.
In the Kupyansk direction, eight attacks by the occupiers were recorded during the day. The Defense Forces repelled the enemy's assault actions near the settlements of Pishchane, Nova Kruglyakivka, Boguslavka, Zagryzove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy attacked 22 times. He tried to advance near the settlements of Novoegorivka, Nove, Kolodyazi, Yampolivka, Nadiya and in the directions of Novomykhailivka, Novosergiyivka, Torske, Ridkodub.
In the Siversk direction, two combat clashes took place near Bilogorivka yesterday. All attempts by the enemy to advance were successfully repelled by our defenders.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers did not conduct active offensive actions.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy carried out 18 attacks in the areas of Dachne, Diliivka, Toretsk and Leonidivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 53 attacks by the aggressor near the settlements of Sukha Balka, Kalinove, Udachne, Sribne, Elizavetivka, Lisivka, Kotlyarivka, Preobrazhenka, Andriivka, Bogdanivka, Vodyane Druge, Kotlyne, Uspenivka.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled nine enemy assaults near Rozliv, Constantinople, Vesely and Burlatsky.
The enemy attacked the positions of our defenders three times in the areas of Privilne and Vilne Pole in the Gulyaypil direction.
In the Orikhiv direction, in the areas of Shcherbaki, Mali Shcherbaki and Kamyanske, the invaders carried out four futile attacks on the positions of our defenders.
One unsuccessful attempt by the enemy to reach the positions of Ukrainians was repelled by our defenders in the Pridniprovsk direction.
In the Kursk direction, our soldiers repelled 35 enemy attacks yesterday. The enemy carried out 212 artillery shellings, 13 of them from reactive volley fire systems. 16 air strikes were also carried out, during which 27 guided aerial bombs were dropped.
In the Volyn and Polissya directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected.
"In general, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,350 people over the past day. Also, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed 13 tanks, 25 armored combat vehicles, 31 artillery systems, two reactive volley fire systems, 28 operational-tactical level UAVs, 15 missiles, 70 units of automotive equipment and a unit of special equipment of the occupiers," the General Staff added.
