The Russian occupiers plan to pay Ukrainian parents in the occupied territories if their children attend schools with propaganda education aimed at their passportization and indoctrination. Fedorov reports that the amount of the payment is 15 thousand hryvnias per year, but on condition that the child has Russian citizenship and attends school.
