Details
The CNS explains this by saying that the Russians have effectively destroyed the tourism industry in the temporarily occupied territories.
There have been cases of enemy forces settling in resorts on the Azov and Black Sea coasts, in particular on the Arabat Spit. Such actions endanger the few tourists who are sent by the enemy on vouchers to the seized resorts
The Center adds that Russian troops always hide behind civilians, as this is the basis of Russian doctrine and the barbaric ideology of Moscow's despotism.
In this regard, the Resistance calls for ignoring recreation in the occupied territories.
