An open letter from President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be officially distributed at the UN, as well as at the OSCE and the Council of Europe. This was reported to journalists on Thursday by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, according to UNN.
On the Minister's instructions, the President's open letter will be officially distributed at the UN in New York — to the Secretary-General and all member states — as well as at the OSCE in Vienna and the Council of Europe in Strasbourg,
