Zelenskyy also thanked the Ukrainian army and all the volunteers who promote and implement the necessary changes.
"The Ukrainian army always succeeds when it is able to discard the outdated, act outside the box and absolutely clearly fulfill what was conceived for the sake of our, Ukrainian, results," the president added.
