"You don't have to summarize the year on holidays. You just need to thank yourself for everything.
"You don't have to set goals for the next year/quarter/month/week during the holidays. Focus on your desires and condition first.
"You don't have to spend the holidays with your family or friends. Spend this time the way you want to.
"You don't have to decorate your house for the holidays. Don't worry, the Christmas decorations will wait on the mezzanine for another time.
"You don't have to love the holidays . More important than that is the ability to love yourself unconditionally.
