Veterans and families of fallen heroes will be able to obtain a preferential mortgage "eOselya" at 3%. The state will compensate them an interest rate of up to 3% during the first 10 years, and up to 6% from the 11th year. The changes will take effect in a month. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko, reports UNN.
Details
According to Svyrydenko, the government is establishing new standards for housing area for all borrowers:
- for apartments: 52.5 m² — for one person; 73.5 m² — for a family of two or three people; an additional 21 m² — for each subsequent family member, starting from the fourth, but no more than 115.5 m²;
- for residential houses: 62.5 m² — for one person; 83.5 m² — for a family of two or three people; an additional 21 m² — for each subsequent family member, but no more than 125.5 m².
