The parties discussed a number of important issues related to bilateral security cooperation.
One of the main topics of the talks was the strengthening of Ukraine's air defense system. As Rustem Umerov emphasized, this issue is extremely important for Ukraine in the face of the current threat from the aggressor. Therefore, the countries continue to work actively to improve and develop it.
In addition, the parties discussed the training of Ukrainian servicemen with the participation of Norwegian instructors. Joint training and exercises will help to increase the effectiveness and combat capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine noted.
