Ukrzaliznytsia continues to restore the operation of its online services after a large-scale cyber attack - from today, the client's personal account is available on e.Portal UZ-Cargo. The national carrier announced this on its Telegram page, reports UNN.

"Ukrzaliznytsia, together with its partners, continues to restore freight online services after the cyber attack. From today, the client's personal account is already available on e.Portal UZ-Cargo with the service of оформлення перевізних документів. However, it is not yet possible to carry out transportation by electronic waybill. Therefore, transportation is temporarily carried out by paper waybills", - the message reads.
"The restoration of the "Automated cargo transportation management system" is already at the final stage", - added the press service of UZ. They added that they plan to launch it by April 9.
After the restoration of this system, as indicated, the following functions will become available:
- control over the balance of funds in personal accounts (operational balance);
- issuance of lists of write-offs from personal accounts of senders;
- providing information on the location of freight cars on the network of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia";
- planning of transportation.
"The number of services on e.Portal UZ-Cargo will gradually increase. In particular, services for signing contracts and conducting claim and lawsuit work are expected in the second decade of April", the message says.
